There are no problems on the production side

We have been doing this job for seven years and we have never victimized anyone on any special occasion. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, New Year's Eve - all of them are busy, we delivered the cargo on time for all of them.

Business does not change our preparation time: most orders are ready within 24 hours. Only two or three times in seven years has it been delayed by a day because of delays in the supply of raw materials. Apart from this, we did not experience any production-related delays.

So why should you order early?

There are two reasons and neither of them is "insufficient".

First: When there is time, the product comes out more carefully. We can do the same job in 24 hours, or in three days — but when done in three days, there is more time to install, check, and redo if necessary. These details are what make the difference in a personalised product.

Second: cargo. Once the product leaves us, it is no longer in our hands — and this is where almost all the delays occur.

Shipping time is not the same in every city

The most common misunderstanding we encounter is this: the customer who receives the information that the product has been shipped thinks that the product will be at his door the next day. However, delivery time varies depending on the city or even the district the shipment will be sent to.

Delivery across Turkey usually takes 1-3 business days; This period may be longer in remote districts, villages and towns. So even if the product is ready in 24 hours, it may take a few more days to arrive.

We work with Turkey's best cargo company, Yurtiçi Kargo. It is the most expensive option, but we prefer it here.

Calculate date backwards

A practical method: count down from the date of the special day.

• Delivery day — the day you want the gift to be in your possession
• minus 1-3 business days — shipping time (more in remote areas)
• minus 1 day — preparation
• plus a few days allowance — special day rush is everywhere, even in the cargo company

This brings the total to 7-10 days. When you don't leave it to the last minute, the product is prepared more easily and gives you peace of mind.
